The SLEEP TIME App is categorized under health and fitness. Through the use of SUBLIMINAL SUGGESTION, the SLEEP TIME app attempts to change the user's sleep cycle to a more normal state. All the user has to do is watch the app video. The video should be watched for two to three minutes, twice a day. With time the user's insomnia and desire to sleep during the day will be reduced, or eliminated. Currently, this app is designed for users that can read English. |
